We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.ResponsibilitiesAssist in recovery flow for goods that are held due to exceptions.Handle issue tracking via Jira to report and highlight issues to respective stakeholders.Key point of contact for any ground operations issue.Ensure standardization of operation methodologies and practices.Monitor and execute operational excellence in the warehouse.Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders when required. Willing to work hands on in a warehouse environment. Compile data for consolidate orderQC on order packaging once reached the warehouse and reported any damage in the packaging.Key AccountabiltiesMonitoring and responding to all queries. Redirect them to respective stakeholders. All the parcels that have been raised for recovery to be processed without any hindrance. RequirementAt least a diploma in any fieldAt least 1-2 years experience in similar roleKnowledge of logistics and supply chain will be an advantage.Previous experience in logistics or 3PL management or similar activitiesResponsible individual that is able to work independently.Excellent communication and persuasive skills to communicate change at all levels within the organisationExperience in operations. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office ApplicationsBahasa Malaysia & English proficiency is a MUST
