Warehouse Supervisor (Semiconductor)

Job Responsibilities:Manage warehouse operations, staff, and workflow while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain records, reports, and prepare required documentation.
Oversee 6S inspections, ensure optimal space utilization, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse.
Supervise the handling, storage, and shipping of goods in compliance with guidelines.
Control inventory, plan budgets, conduct inventory counts, and set annual goals.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements:Diploma or equivalent
Basic financial knowledge
Willing to undergo training in China if needed (Max 30 days)
Mandarin Speaker (To effectively deal with China management)
Must be willing to work inPasir Gudang, Johor
