Warranty & Admin Executive

Requirements:
Diploma in Automotive Engineering or any related field. Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in warranty operation. Responsibilities: Prepare record and submit warranty claims. To process all warranty paperwork, ensure proper filling of the documents according to company SOP. To develop, oversee and continually improve the warranty administration processes of the branch. To monitor the warranty debtors report on a weekly basis to ensure all claims are cleared within the timelines given. Control, organize and monitor Workshop and Campaigns To ensure spare parts requests are returned to respective office To monitor stock in and stock out of the parts.
