**Responsibilities:**

1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and problem solve customer concerns effectively.3. Maintain a high level of responsiveness and efficiency in handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously.4. Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies to customers.5. Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.6. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution.7. Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to ongoing improvement of customer service processes.8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.9. Meet key performance indicators related to chat response time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.

**Requirements:**

1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat or online support environment.2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced remote work environment.4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software.6. High level of resourcefulness and drive to meet and exceed performance targets.7.
