Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Oil and Gas industry specializing in either drilling, completions, or workovers.
Experience working as a wellsite engineer or Night Drilling Supervisor.
Proficient in well engineering planning software (StressCheck, WellCat, WellPlan, Well Cost, Compass, Kick Tolerance, Casing Wear, etc.).
Experience in wells design, preparing drilling program/NOOP, well performance monitoring, troubleshooting, or optimization of well performance and well management.
Well construction drilling techniques, well control, fluids property management, drilling mechanics, performance monitoring.
