Workshop Manager

Job Description
Lead and develop the workshop team to consistently meet the KPIs.
Plan and structure work schedule for mechanics and purchasing staff to optimise productivity.
Provide guidance on quality standards, ensuring teams meet performance targets and deliver high quality of work.
Monitor the condition of workshop tools, equipment and facilities, ensuring regular maintenance and servicing.
Prepare monthly reports to track workshop performance and identify areas for improvement.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to overall operational success.
Requirements
At least 5 years experience in a managerial role, preferably within heavy equipment, heavy machinery or a similar industry.
Strong technical knowledge of prime mover and trailer maintenance and repair.
Ability to handle complaints and resolve complex situations effectively.
A team player with a flexible, collaborative approach to leadership.
