Company Background: Motor dealer Working Time: Mon Fri: 9am 6pm; Sat: 9am 1pm Working Location: Kempas, JB Job responsibilities - To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. - To manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees. - To oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. - To coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching. - To develop and administer employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities. - To ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations. - To maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, payroll information, and benefits administration. - To conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and efficiency. - To provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR related issues and policies. - To stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management. Job requirements - Candidate must possess a bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects. - Proficiency in using HRIS Software and Microsoft office or google. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
