Lokasi Bekerja:- Selangor- Kuala LumpurDescription:1. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance2. Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work3. Assist technicians/contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)4. Maintain building systems including mechanical system (electricity, air-condition, pumps and motor, cold water, LPG, ventilation etc.)5. Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance6. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment7. Participate in coordinating projects (e.g. renovations)8. Carry out daily/weekly/monthly electrical meter reading on switchgear, transformer and MSB9. Carry out generator set testing and the system10. Monitor, check and carry out work related to fire alarm system, electrical riser board11. Attend all power failure and rectify promptly12. Liaison with relevant authorities body on inspection of the building (TNB, DOSH, BOMBA, etc.)13. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations14.
