A-Level Psychology Lecturer

**Employee Specifications & Qualifications**- Relevant Psychology qualification with a Masters degree.- Relevant experience teaching external programme, SACE, AUSMAT or A-Level.- Minimum 2-3 years teaching experience.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.**Teaching Duties**- To teach on a range of daytime and evening programmes offered by the institution.- To teach on programmes in other College service delivery areas as may be reasonably required.- Tutorial and personal development work with a range of students.- To contribute to the study support services offered at the Learning Centre.- To prepare lesson plans for effective delivery of lectures and tutorials.- To upload materials on the Learning Management System (LMS) in a timely manner.- To plan and develop assignments and projects for students. **To conduct weekly sessions at the Learning Centre to facilitate group assignments or project.**:- To develop formative and summative assessment for the course and contribute to the exam bank.**Standards and Quality Assurance**- Support the aims and ethos of the school (expect detail).- Set a good example in terms of dress, punctuality and attendance.- Attend team and staff meetings.- Undertake professional duties that may be reasonably assigned by the programme heads.Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- May I know how long is your notice period?- May I know your expected salary?- Do you have any experience as Lecturer?
