KPMG the Clear ChoiceResponsibilities- Conduct or assist the team in process discovery, understand business requirements, identify automation opportunities, perform high level feasibility study, and define automation scope - Design, build, test, and implement automation solution using leading RPA tools e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, and by adopting KPMG best practices and methodology - Perform bug fix and identify potential area for automation improvement - Documenting Process Design Document and Solution Design Document - Conduct handover process with clients as required - Ensure all project deliverables are completed within agreed timelineRequirements- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in on RPA tools. RPA tools such as Microsoft - Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere etc. - Experience in optical character recognition (OCR) intelligent character recognition (ICR) and process mining will be added advantage. - Relevant project working experience preferably involving process improvements. Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding client expectations within a variety of industries. - Basic programming knowledge/experience on HTML and JavaScript. - Basic knowledge on Databases (SQL) is often preferred. - Experience/knowledge on API/web services. - Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and troubleshooting methods. - Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiatives. - Strong communicator, including listening skills with an ability to translate insights across business and technology teams and to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions. - Strong team and work ethic, comfortable with ambiguity, change and challenge.
