**Main Duties and Responsibilities**- Reporting to Principal**Academic Management & Leadership**- Supervise reediness of weekly lesson plan, lesson activities, materials availability, etc.- Check children weekly activities photos uploaded by class teachers through littlelive system.- Submit captions of children weekly activities and review by principal.- Submit weekly progress report of each preschool children's growth and development and reviewby principal.- Submit monthly progress report of each educare children's academic progress and review byprincipal.- Prepare afternoon worksheet according to the lesson progress.- Plan festive event activities and supervise the execution.**Operation Management**- Oversee the daily operations of the center.- Make sure the attendance of children is taken using littlelive apps/ ikey apps- Maintaining a safe and secure school environment and prevents unauthorized access- Need to support and assist the centre in meeting the overall objectives of the centre and the needs of individual students- Responsible for the general supervision and management of all classes - preschool and educarechildren.- Monitoring and reporting on preschool and educare teacher performance (lesson progress andbook marking) regularly- Lead and manage teachers providing guidance and support as needed- Monitor children's behaviour and outlook and report to principal if necessary- Report to principal or all emergency situations- Attend to any walk-in enquiries and refer to principal- Supervise all activities to ensure safety at all times.- Required to ensure that all teaching hardware & software are in place at tip-top condition beforeand after the class- Coordinate with educare PIC for the delivery of book, assessment paper and daycarefile**Planning**- Responsible to coordinate with principal for planning and executing the festival or event activities(field trip, sport day and annual concert)- Be responsible for the ordered arrangement, appearance of the center, festival décor, and holidayprogram planning- Create Festival or any event powerpoint slides and concert LED slides- Create Festival or any event poster- Responsible for shooting, editing and producing some event or festival videos- Any other reasonable duties that are assigned to you by the Principal**Requirements**:- Min. 3-5 years working experience in related field (Supervisor Level - Preschool / Educate /Tuition Centre)- Basic Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Words)**Qualification**:- Diploma/Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology or related field (University Degree Program)**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
