**INDUSTRY: E-COMMERCE****NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, GUIDANCE WILL BE PROVIDED****Responsibilities**:- Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions.- Assist in account payable and receivable, including update expenses reports.- Responsible for accounts bookkeeping and assist in accounts transactions, checking and verification.- Assist in billing, payment collection and arrangement.- Ensure proper maintenance for overall filing of accounts related documents and records.- Ensure all accounting reconciliation are prepared timely and accurately.- Assist Manager in year-end closing and audit schedule where necessary.- Handle general administrative task and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.**Job Requirements**:- **Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!**:- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Experience in SQL system will be given additional advantage.- Good command of written & spoken in English.- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.- Able to work with mínimal supervision.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Holidays- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
