Details of the offer

Responsibilities:- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.- Liaise with suppliers for order, payment and receipts arrangement and obtaining relevant information.- Assist in any other accounting and admin related work and assignments given by immediate superior.- Ensure all deadlines for reporting, returns and submission are met.- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers etc.- Maintain proper record and organization of filling system.- Any other ad hoc assignment.**Requirements**:- Possess at least a Diploma in Administration or related fields with professional qualifications.- Working Experience in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Executive are preferred.- Familiar with UBS System, Microsoft Word and Excel.- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.- Intermediate level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.- Good in organizing works and multi-tasking skills.- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.- Able to work as a team and take the initiative to learn and contribute**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)License/Certification:- license (preferred)
