**Jobs & Responsibilities**:- Assisting Account Department in AR & AP functions.- Inputting billing from sub-contractor, clients into SQL system.- Provides administrative support for the executive- Support office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency- Support teams with various administrative tasks (e.g.: leave record, attendance record, personal information filling and etc.)- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned- Ad hoc tasks assigned from time-to-time being.- Some maintenance works- Issue PO for operation department**Key Requirements**:- Required spoken and written language(s)**:Mandarin, English**, Bahasa Malaysia.- At least two (2) years' experience in administration works; fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.- Good skills with Microsoft Office (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)- Knowledge of _**SQL system**_ is an advantage.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Willing to based/ work at **Sungai Buloh**- Able to work in a **fast-paced environment** that requires **multi-tasking**.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
