Details of the offer

Assist in data entry of accounting documents into various accounting software systems (SQL Accounting, QuickBooks Online, ABSS, Xero, etc.).- Prepare quarterly GST listing and returns.- Prepare management accounts and relevant accounting schedules.- Prepare monthly payroll, if required.- Conduct bank reconciliation, update fixed assets schedule, and other schedules as needed.- Support Accountant in daily accounting functions and participate in other ad-hoc finance tasks.- Assist in secretarial duties such as preparing company resolutions, minutes, and filing forms.- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and any other necessary tasks assigned for job completion.- Maintain regular working hours from 9am to 6pm, keep time sheets, and submit weekly reports to reporting superior.**Job Requirements**:- Education: LCCI / Diploma in Accounting/Business/Finance. Business degree graduates are preferred.- Competencies: Proficient in using accounting software, strong knowledge of MS Excel is a plus, good communication skills.- **Language: Must have good reading and writing skills in English (interview will be conducted in English).**:- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience.- **Must be able to work in Mount Austin.****Company Benefits**:- Annual Leave- Maternity Leave- Use of office facilities (gym, swimming pool) outside of office hours- Season parking at office building- EPF, SOCSOPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you have Account and Admin Assistant working experience?
