**Financial Record Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.**Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.**Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Manage the timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure smooth financial transactions.**Financial Reporting**: Generate and analyze financial reports, summarizing financial status and trends for management review. Prepare periodic financial statements and reports.**Tax Compliance**: Stay informed about tax regulations and ensure the organization's compliance. Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns.**Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accurate financial records and identify and resolve discrepancies.**Expense Management**: Monitor and control expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the quality of financial processes.**Audit Support**: Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors, ensuring compliance and transparency.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Seremban (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Seremban: Relocate before starting work (preferred)Expected Start Date: 12/01/2023
