1) Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information 2) Document financial transaction by entering account information 3) Summarize current financial status by collecting information 4) Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures 5) Secure financial info by completing database backup 6)Maintain financial security by following internal controls 7) Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends 8) Prepare Purchase Order 9) Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best price and payment terms 10) Liase closely with suppliers on order confirmation and delivery schedule 11) Matching of delivery orders and verify suppliers invoice 12) Prepare purchasing and delivery reportsALTECH M&E SDN BHD was established in year 2008.
