Requirements- Minimum education : STPM (accounting base)/ Diploma in LCCI or equivalent/ Bachelor of Accounting- Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting- Autocount System, MS Office- Able to converse and write in Bahasa Melayu and English**Responsibilities**:- Process accounts payable invoices, staff claims, credit cards, journal posting and month end activities.- Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to key stakeholders, internal and external.- Participate in compliance audits and respond to audit queries on a timely manner as and when required.- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.- Maintain accounts payable ledger and vendor data information in the system accurately.- Ensuring all issues pertaining to vendor invoices are resolved and all invoices are processed on a timely basis by each month-end.- Preparing accruals at month-end.- Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliation and aging on a monthly basis.- Handle accounts payable transactions and accounting queries from other departments.- Assist in preparing monthly accounting statement, analysis and report.- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.- Perform back up functions and other duties as and when required.Company Benefits- EPF/SOCSO/EIS- Annual Dinner- Company Trip- Bonus- InsurancePosts are limited!
