**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Generate and issue customer invoices.- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.- Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.- Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.- Set credit limits for customers based on their financial status.- Implement and enforce credit control policies and procedures.- Negotiate and establish payment terms with customers.- Initiate and execute collection efforts for overdue accounts.- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues.- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns.- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.- Generate regular reports on accounts receivable and credit-related metrics.- Provide financial data and reports to management as needed.- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and ensure accuracy.- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to billing and credit matters.- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.- Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and credit regulations.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service.- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as customers and vendors.- Maintain organized and accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.- Archive and file relevant documentation for auditing purposes.- Investigate and resolve issues related to billing discrepancies or credit disputes.- Work proactively to prevent credit-related problems.- Handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality and discretion.- Update any requested information by other departments.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentApplication Deadline: 04/01/2024Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
