Training is **PROVIDED**! **CONTACT US** today to inquire further!**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience with accounting and audit experience- Proficient with general tax and accounting system- High degree of integrity and security of confidential data- A dynamic individual, excellent interpersonal and communication supervision- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented- Able to commence work immediately / short notice is an added advantage- Fresh graduate can be considered**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Able to handle full set accounts, prepare monthly closing and financial reports independently under minimum supervision.- Ensure accounting records and systems complies with the company's policies, approved accounting standards, related statutory / tax requirements.- Prepare payment vouchers / journal vouchers / bank reconciliations.- Manage various aspect of month end closing activities, including ensure proper cut-off and timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.- Perform credit control activities on collection of outstanding debts and to respond positively and professionally on customers' queries.- Maintain an up-to-date aging report and reconciliation report for receivable balances.- Liaise with front counter department for issuance of invoices, receipts and billings.- Any other ad-hoc duties as required**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Sri Hartamas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
