As our company is growing, we want you to be part of our big family.**Job Descriptions**- The primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.- Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally.- To ensure data and records are kept and filed up to date.- Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.- Other additional functions, tasks, and duties which your superior may notify you from time to time, either verbally or in writing.**Qualifications and Experience**- **At least 1 year(s) of working experience** in the related field is required for this position.- Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.- Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft office.- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.**Working Hours**:Monday- Friday : 9.00AM - 5.30AM**Working Location**:38, Lebuh Medan Ipoh, Bandar Baru Medan Ipoh, 31400 Ipoh, Perak**Kindly contact us and send your latest resume at 016-259 8934.****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- May i know your expected salary?- Can you start immediately?
