Account Assistant

**Account Receivable**- To issues invoice, Credit Note (CN) Debit Note (DN), statements for customers every early of the month.- To issue payment reminders to customers and properly record payments received.- To compile and calculate the 'work order' of heavy machinery for customer-claimed purposes.- To scan the ' Work Order' and proper filling.- To Issue quotations for customers required by the Manager and Salesman for the Specific Customer only.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- Bahasa (required)Ability to Commute:- Kulai (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kulai: Relocate before starting work (required)
