Maintaining updated accounts record into accounts system.- Prepare and issues invoice on timely manner.- Prepare payment to AP, staff, claim, reconciliation of AP statement.- Issuing DN/CN- Assist in updating and monitoring Bank balances for daily operation used.- Handle proper filing and labelling.- Create new customer and supplier accounts.- Update invoice, prepare payment for account payable and routine sundry.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)
