Account Assistant

Handle daily accounts transaction.- Accounts filing, book keeping etc.- In charge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and POS.- Process transactions, payments, and updating ledgers.- Charge expenses to accounts by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.- Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.- Other assignment from time to time.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Tampoi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
