Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities:Basic accounting work, data entry in accounting system and recordsPrint and send AR statements and invoicesProper filing and maintenance of documentsAccounts payable - key in supplier invoices and process paymentsAccounts receivable - issuance of DO and InvoicingCoordination with suppliers and customersFollow up with customer's outstanding paymentOther administrative / adhoc job assigned by superiorKey Requirement:Accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalIntermediate computer software skills, including ExcelIndependent and able to work with minimum supervisionBasic knowledge in principles of Accounting, minimum Diploma/ LCCIAble to work under pressure and attend to details Fresh graduate welcome to apply**Salary**: RM1,300.00 - RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
