Account Assistant

**Job Salary: RM2500 ~ RM3500****Key Responsibilities**:- Assist with the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management.- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement.- Support the accounting team in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable but not required.- Strong numerical and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.**Benefits**:- Opportunity to attend public events- Opportunity to attend professional training / workshops- Opportunity to experience start-up working experience**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Sri Petaling: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
