Account Assistant

Job Description 1. Responsible for the month end closing and all the necessary accruals, prepayment, etc. 2. Manage data entry and updating accounting records on timely basis. 3. Manage AR,AP,GL,Bank Reconciliation 4. Ensure all payment make accordingly & adhere to the deadline. 5. Reconcile & checking the collection and payment up to date. 6. Ensure all the vendor's payment well pay off. 7. Liaise with auditors. 8. Perform any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: 1. Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma 2. Minimum 1 years of related experience; preferably from Property Management / Real Estate industry 3. Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
