Account Assistant

Position: Account Assistant Location: Labuan, F.T. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by inputting data into the accounting system and reconciling discrepancies.
2. Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
3. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including verifying and processing payments and receipts.
4. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of journal entries and financial reports.
5. Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis reports.
6. Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. At least in Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
2. Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Autocount).
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
