Account Assistant

**JOB REQUIREMENT**Handle Account Payable and receivable- To handle full set accounts, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of account records.- Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system.- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.- Able to manage the preparation of payment vouchers.- Ad hoc tasks**JOB REQUIREMENT**- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable / finance who's keen to focus in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable- Experienced in using MYOB/UBS & other accounting systems.- Highly motivated, detailed and result-oriented person- Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both writing and verbal and attention detail.- Strong research skills and commercial awareness and attentive to details.- Able to work independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.- A team player with the ability to multitask and to thrive in a fast-moving environment.- Willing to follow instruction.- Willing to learn new things.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)
