Account Assistant

**Job Duties/Key Responsibilities**:- To handle daily accounting functions - data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.- Update and monitor daily bank and petty cash transactions.- Managing petty cash.- Prepare cash/credit invoices, receipts, and statement of accounts.- Perform supplier statement reconciliations accurately and in a timely basis.- Update monthly debtors and creditors aging report.- Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference.- Assist in performing stock count monthly.- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.**Qualifications & Requirements**:- Meticulous, responsible, good initiative, and a team player.- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.- Good command of spoken and written Mandarin is required.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayExpected Start Date: 05/02/2024
