Account Assistant

Attractive salary and bonus- Key in purchase invoices and allocation of expenses to cost centers accordingly.Handling full set of accounts.- Liaise with different department for accounting related report, auditors, company secretary and tax agent.- Maintain proper filling on all financial and administrative documentsHandling petty cash and bank.- Ensure all transaction are properly recorded on timely manner and precisely.- Provide 2 basic level assistants clerk to help on debtors and creditors accounts.- Prepare monthly accounting reports and schedules when required.- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned when required by the superior.**Job Requirement**:- At least 2 years of experience in the related field. Experience in import & trading industry would be an added advantage for this position.- Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an advantage for this position.- Meticulous in figure.- Able to multi-tasking and meet tight deadline.- Full time position - Based in Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan Chepa II, Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
