Account Assistant

**Job Duties**:- Record the invoice of Shopee's sale, claim invoice and voucher in the UBS system.- Prepare the bank reconciliation.- Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.- Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.- Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.**Job Requirements**:- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia;- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;- Required Skill(s): KNOWLEDGE IN USING SAGE UBS ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE;- Able to perform multi-task, assist in ad-hoc duties and guide subordinator;- To prepare timely and accurate financial reports with analysis, for advice to Management on matters with significant financial impact.**About company & product****Baja Organik MILAGRO**- **MILAGRO Organic Fertilizer** is a locally produced fertilizer made from a mixture of Chicken Feces, Wood Powder and "Smart Enzyme" processed using smart technology at our factory based in Taman Perindustrian Krubong, Melaka. **Our HQ office** was named under the **HMJ BIZPOINT Sdn Bhd** which is located at **Taman Seri Mangga, Pokok Mangga, Melaka.**_**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
