Details of the offer

1. Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in both electronic and paper formats.3. Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval during audits or as needed.4. Monitor and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.5. Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.6. Handle correspondence and communication related to financial matters.7. Assist in preparing documentation and information for internal and external audits.8. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.9. Provide assistance and clarification on financial procedures and policies when required.10. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.11. Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.12.
