Details of the offer

Know how to operate UBS accounting software bookkeeping and creditor/debtor payment
handling emails, couriers and assist on clerical duties
Shall be responsible for updating the various ledgers, billings, assist in follow up on debt collections, and process payments and any other assignment(s) that will be assigned from time to time
• Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel functions
• Able to work independently
• Assisting data entry and clerical task
• Equipped with basic knowledge on accounting software
• Knowledge in UBS accounting software will be advantage
• Responsible in assisting general administration duties
• Daily transaction record and filing management
• Able to multi task and willing to learn
• Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow
• To handle full set of account
• Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
