1. Perform day-to-day accounting activities for accounts payable and receivable according to company's policy and statutory requirements2. Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy3. Prepare payment vouchers4. Verify daily statement by tracking income and expenses to maintain its validity5. Ensure proper filing, maintenance and completeness of accounting documentations and records6. Preparing weekly, monthly, half yearly and yearly balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports7. Work closely with the relevant parties to resolve accounting related issues8. Manage company's account payable and account receivable9. Controlling aging debtors and creditors10. Analyzing account information11. Preparing the full set of account12. Verification of invoice before getting approval to proceed payment13. Performing any ad-hoc tasks, other duties & responsibilities as assigned by superior**REQUIREMENT**1. Possess at least Diploma in Accounting or partial professional accounting qualification.2. Experience at least 1 year in accounting department3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially MS Excel and Powerpoint skills4. Meticulous and always pay attention to details5. Ability to plan and manage workload, able to work under pressure during peak periods and strictly comply with controls and deadlines6. Display of good attitude, fast learner and strong determination7. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Malay required8. Skill in MYOB system9. Those with accounting system knowledge would have an added advantage.10. Medically healthy with good attendance.11.
