Account Assistant

Process claims and site expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.- Prepare bank account reconciliation.- Assist with data entry, processing, and recording transactions.- Accurate and honest with good bookkeeping skills.- Support ad-hoc tasks & perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirement:- Diploma/degree in Accountancy.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and UBS Systems.- Responsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Independent and with a high level of initiative.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Petaling Jaya (required)
