Details of the offer

Raising and invoice processing.- Processing expense requests.- Credit control.- Cash book maintenance.- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers.- Banks reconciliation.- Liasing with third party providers, clients and suppliers.- Basic administration.- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.**Responsibilities**- To assist Finance Manager & Director in matters to finance and accounting of the group of companies.- Ideal person with a proven record of strategic thinking, written and verbal skills.- Analytic skills to link financial results to operational performance and suggest improvements.- Adaptability and flexibility with accounting system (Auto Count).- Ability to communicate issues and defend position.- Quick learner and problem solver.**Requirements**:- Knowledge in full set account is an added advantage.- Mature person with 2 years in related working experience.- Computer proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.- Excellent in language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.- Good team player, self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative.- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.- Willing to work in **Prima Selayang, Batu Caves.**:- Full-Time positions available.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 2 years (required)Ability to Commute:- Selayang (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Selayang: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
