**Responsibilities**:- To assist full set of finance operations such as Account Receivables, Account Payable, Fixed Assets Management, Cash Management, General Ledger and Reporting- To assist for overall day-to-day accounting and finance functions including preparation of payments, monitor receipts, etc.- Assist to prepare SST/GST reporting and statutory reporting- Assist in identify credit risk related issues- Assist in preparing monthly cash flow forecast / sales forecast / annual budget- Organize & maintain financial records with proper filling- Collaborate with other departments in ensuring to deliver timely and informative reports as well as accuracy of accounting data and improve efficiency- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned**Job Requirements**:- Qualification : STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma- Years and Level of Experience : at least 2 years working in relevant field with full set account experience- Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints while still ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting- An analytical mind and a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data- Ability to work independently- Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Malaysia- Flexibility to travel**Special Note**:- Competitive salary based on level of experience**Job Types**: Internship, Contract, New-Grad, Full-time, ApprenticeshipContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
