Account Clerk (3 Month Contract)

Job Description:- Data entry, office administrative work, secretarial task, back-end support, and coordinate with accounts department etc.- Preparing daily operational tasks, billing, payments and transactional processing, petty cash processing, bank & creditors reconciliation- Ensuring documents and records are stored and can be retrieved in a timely manner- To assist in any ad hoc reporting and job assigned as and when required.**Requirements**:- Applicant must possess at least SPM and above- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply- Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel- Familiar with accounting software/able to learn fast on how to use accounting software- Applicant must be willing to work in Bukit Tengah, Bukit Mertajam- 5 days of work per week**Job Type**: TemporaryContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Day shift
