**Job Description for Account Clerk**- Prepare Bank Balance- Prepare OR Listing, Debtor Aging- Filling documents- Prepayment Payment Voucher & Petty Cash- Physical stock count- Check & update employees attendance- Handle staff claims- Other administrative duties that may be assigned**Job Description for Delivery Clerk**- Key in Sales Order- Prepare Invoice & DO- Prepare daily & monthly report- Handle Import & Export shipment- Application & Renewal Penang port pass- Renew license B & maintain related document- Filling documents- Other administrative duties that may be assigned**Job Requirements**- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word & Excel- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply- Knowledge in UBS accounting software system would be an advantage.- Able to start work immediately would be an advantage.- Able to speak, read and wirte Chinese.
