Our client is an established award-winning, integrated creative agency that are currently searching for an Account Director to join their team.**Key responsibilities**:The position holder leads all campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital) in the APAC region, ensuring 360-degree integration. He/she partners with his/her peers to provide guidance and direction for all team members and suppliers and ensures projects are managed with agreed processes, budgets, and timelines. The Account Director engages with/supports the team in other network offices as well as client distributors within overall APAC client relationship.- Leads projects by model ensuring close coordination for brochure, picture and film production.- Supports client APAC during the launch of campaign productions.- Coordination and alignment of APAC Markets:- Provides regular updates on timing & assets to client other subs/distributors in APAC region.- Informs about roll-out process and timings and delays.- Deliveries assets coordination and follow up.- Carries main project management responsibility for following project executions:- Development and production of campaign assets: briefing, supervision, and coordination with internal/external suppliers, timing, costs negotiations, pre-/post-production supervision, delivery.- Process, briefing, budget and timelines management for assigned projects.- Project management of external parties for assigned projects.- Overall project timing controlling (retro planning, regular and proactive follow up, updates).- In charge of cost management for assigned projects.- Ensures support to APAC in the coordination with external suppliers for campaigns.- Participates in briefing sessions at the clients' office and ensures to cascade them to suppliers and Partners.- Ensures projects are managed with the agreed process, budget, and timelines.- Ensures external parties work with defined project process, budget, and timelines.- Manages and negotiates with 3rd party suppliers for achieving optimal and highly efficient campaign results.- Ensures buyouts for new projects or existing assets are timely bought, agreeing on renewal with client APAC.**Role requirements**:- University degree or equivalent experience.- Several years of agency background on preferably but not mandatory high profile automotive brands.- Passion for creative excellence that delivers superior selling solutions.- 8+ years' experience managing marketing projects in an agency environment, with a total of 10+ years working experience.
