Account Executive (Construction Industry) - Kempas

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Handle non full set/ full set of accounts including day to day operations matters- Perform monthly closing of accounts- Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow projections, analysis reports, AP, AR & bank reconciliations, and other account related reports- Maintain fixed assets register. Prepare annual budget and profit forecast- Liaise with auditors, tax agents on audit, tax and statutory requirements- Prepare statutory financial statement, tax computation, SST and furnishing information for audit and tax filling for submission- Ensure compliance with Malaysia accounting standards and relevant statutory requirements- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Management**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or LCCI Higher or equivalent- Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience in handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets Function and Treasury.- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kempas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)- Construction management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
