Account Executive

To handle full set of accounts including monthly closing & preparation of management pack.- Ensure timely submission of daily and monthly reporting.- Intercompany reconciliation and settlement.- Maintain good records of accounting entries, schedule & reporting.- Prepare monthly journal/general ledger posting and notes to accounts.- Liaise with banker for any bank related matters.- Liaise with both internal and external parties including auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on all statutory and tax requirements compliances.- Record and update data and documentation.- Responsible for daily bank reconciliation, controlling of cash and bank schedules.- Handle disbursement of claims and payment preparations.- Assist the Finance team in audit schedules and others functions.- Any other duties to be assigned by the Management or immediate superior from time to time.- Perform other related duties as assigned**Requirements**:- At least 2 years working experiences in related field.- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Accounting: 2 years (required)
