Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Handle day-to-day account operational tasks.- Responsible for monthly invoice processing and filing for web portal maintenance fee.- Processing transactions monthly rental payment and billing to operators, updating and maintaining information of outlets and operators as of every month end.- Handle bank reconciliation.- Providing support to the General Ledger team during yearly statutory audit and Account department as and when necessary.- Processing expenses requests for employee reimbursements and processing commission to TM agents and withholding tax submission.- Monitor fixed asset register and loyalty rewards points register- Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.**Requirements**:- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills- Strong analytical, detailed-orient minded and problem solving skills- Knowledgeable in SAP system is an added advantage.- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.**Benefit**:- Overtime Claim- KPI Rewards- EPF, SOCSO &EIS- Annual Leave/ Medical Leave/ Marriage Leave- Medical Claim- Staff Purchase Scheme- Products Training- Oversea Trip: Asia, America, Australia, Europe**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)- Tamil (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
