Account Executive

Responsibilities:- Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closure of management accounts.- Make sure that all financial systems, including handling money in and out, keeping records, planning budgets, and managing accounts, run smoothly and are well documented.- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, banker, lawyers, authorities and others.- Processing payments, monitoring operation and control of bank accounts including maximizing returns on excess funds, and other accounting related functions.- Assist with the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including monitoring outstanding payments, following up on overdue accounts, and reconciling discrepancies.- Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy.- Calculate depreciation, accrual and do journal entry.**Requirements**:- Under 45 years old.- Minimum diploma in accounting or above.- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.- Proficient in accounting autocount software and Microsoft Excel.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.- Transportation is required.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
