Account Executive

Able to prepare full set of accounts and understood applicable accounting principles in accordance with Malaysia Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS)- To ensure proper maintenance of accounting transaction in compliance with statutory requirements- To prepare accounts vouchers (payment, journal, etc)- To ensure proper and accurate month-end closing within the deadline- To perform Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet analysis- To ensure Accounts Receivable (AR) are updated daily into system and all documents are properly filed- To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required**Experience and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / LCCI Level in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent- Preferably with 3 years working experience in Finance and Accounting department**Skills & Knowledge**:- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)- Knowledgeable in an Accounting Software (SQL will be an added advantage)- Good communication skill, both oral and written**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
