Account Executive

Assist in day-to day operations of overall accounting and financial activities- Able to handle full set of accounts- Prepare payment voucher, invoices, debit note, credit note- Familiar with SST reporting and ensure submission on timely manner- Monitor monthly collection and update remittance report- Maintain cash book & monthly fixed payment schedule- Preparing of monthly budget- Prepare monthly Management Reports / Month End Report- Required to liaise with Bank, Auditors, Tax Agent and Company Secretary- To liaise with outsource partner- Proficiency in Autocount and/or UBS Accounting Software and Microsoft Office, have knowledge of others system is advantage.- Ensure proper accounting records and procedures are adhered to- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time- Able to work independently and proactiveQualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles,- Strong expertise in handling account stok, trading and inport export.- Has experience in audit firm, audit documentation.- Excellent budget management skills.- Should be good In English- should have good Communication Skills**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Early shift- Holidays- Monday to Friday- On call- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)
