Account Executive

Finance Prepare monthly financial report, financial audit, and tax returns. Provide financial data and analysis on overall financial performance of the company to the management on regular and ad-hoc basis. Prepare forecast, budget, and monitor actual performance Responsible for the tax affairs of the company. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretary and others statutory bodies/authorities. Plan and manager cash flow and all banking facilities utilization of the company to ensure that there will be adequate amounts of funds to meet the needs of the company Ensure compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements including accounting, legal, secretarial and tax matters. Others things temporarily assigned by Finance Manager of director. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience. Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Detail-oriented, strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently and under stress and must be positive thinking and keep to learn. Strong in communication and creative thinking skills. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin for both spoken and written is an added advantage. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn. Fast learner and able to adapt to changes. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Demonstrate teamwork all the time.
