Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:- Must be good in SQL or UBS accounting- Assist in GL entry and journals update.- Prepare Bank Recon, AR and AP reports.- Handle invoices, credit, debit notes.- Assist in AR collection, SST filing and submission.- Assist in financial report preparation.- Support administrative tasks as assigned.- Perform any other duties as assigned.Requirements:- Able to work multi-task and work independently.- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Good communication skills, written and verbal (English, Bahasa,), with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management.- minimum 2 years working experience using SQL accts- Working Days: Monday - Friday, Saturday (half day)- Can join work immediate /2 weeks time**Salary**: RM 1800-RM 2500 based on working experience.
