Account Executive

1. Handling fullset of account including prepare invoices and payments2. To perform daily data entry (Journal Voucher/Payment Voucher/Receiving Voucher n etc) with all relevant supporting documents3. To manage daily cash flow and Bank Reconciliation4. To process monthly payroll and submission for EPF, Socso, EIS etc.5. To prepare all data related to external auditors, tax and secretary to ensure compliance on all statutory requirements.6. Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the management.7. Responsible for monthly cash & bank reconciliation & monitoring cash flows.8. Responsible for preparation of management accounts.9.
